REFUND & EXCHANGES

Please be sure to check your order and our size guide carefully  to make sure you have chosen the correct shorts and size/fit for you.
 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

For Australian orders we offer free and easy returns up to 100 days with all tags attached. Items should be unwashed, unworn and in new condition.

For International orders we accept returns, however we do not cover return shipping costs.

 

SUBMITTING A RETURN

Please contact our customer care team at info@bracewell.co with your order number and we will help you process a return. The return will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. We recommend tracking your item as we do not accept responsibility to any lost items in the post.

 

WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED? 

We aim to process your refund within 1 working day of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

 

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted. Please ensure the items are still in pristine condition, how you originally received your item, with all tags and hygiene labels. 

 

WHAT TO DO

Email info@bracewell.co with the details of your order including order # and style / size of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style & size of your desired replacement item.

For International orders, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Place items you wish to return in to a package or envelope and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Bracewell is not responsible for lost shipments.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

We operate a strict quality control process at Bracewell to ensure that each pair of shorts are in pristine condition before sale. If however, there are any issues we apologise and without hesitation we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you. Please contact us at info@bracewell.co with your name, order number and the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours to organise an exchange.
