Call for Sites and Strategic Land Promotion

We support landowners, estate owners, and developers across Scotland in promoting land through Call for Sites and Local Development Plan processes. Our work spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use masterplans for authorities including Highland, Perth & Kinross, Aberdeen and West Lothian, helping position land for allocation and future development.

Each site is approached strategically and creatively. We combine planning insight, policy interpretation, and contextual analysis to identify opportunities and constraints early, shaping robust and deliverable masterplans that demonstrate clear placemaking and sustainability credentials.
