Construction at Global’s new Inverness Campus headquarters is progressing rapidly, and the building is now clearly taking shape on site. Appointed as the lead architects for the 2,000 square metre headquarters, Bracewell has worked closely with Global and Capstone Construction to deliver a design that reflects the group’s growth ambitions and brand identity.
David Lawrie, Partner at Bracewell and Lead Architect for the project, commented: “It’s great to see that the structural steel frame and metal decking are now in place, allowing work to progress on the upper floors and ground floor slab. Framing for the façade is also underway ahead of cladding installation, while civil works and utility connections continue across the site.”
David continued: “With the building beginning to take shape, it’s exciting to see the drawings come to life. You can start to get a clear sense of how the central atrium will form the heart of the office – a bright, open space that will serve as the working and social hub of the building, where teams can meet, collaborate, and drive the business forward.”
Supporting Global’s growth plans, the new headquarters will provide space for the business to expand both organically and through future acquisitions. Completion is scheduled for autumn 2026, with Global’s corporate services and teams from across the wider Global portfolio set to move into the new office.
