The Scottish Home Awards has revealed the finalists — across 19 award categories — for its 18th annual celebration of excellence in Scottish housing. From ambitious regeneration schemes to outstanding affordable housing developments, the shortlist reflects the breadth and quality of work transforming communities across the country.
As the lead architect, we’re proud to have played a role in designing several of the shortlisted developments (see below) and would like to congratulate Caledonia Housing Association, McTaggart Construction & Wheatley Group, Albyn Housing Society Ltd., and Tulloch Homes on their well-deserved recognition. Winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Thursday 19th June 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central. The event will bring together hundreds of housing industry leaders for an evening of celebration, connection, and recognition.
