Bracewell Stirling Secures Approval for 105-Unit Development at Slackbuie Farm for Tulloch Homes

Permission has been granted for a further 105 homes to be created as part of the ongoing Slackbuie Farm development in Inverness. Bracewell Stirling led the project through the planning process, with approval achieved at the end of August by members of Highland Council’s south planning applications committee.

The 105-unit development, which boasts a unique setting with views across Inverness and a woodland backdrop, was the subject of a full public consultation process. It will comprise 18 two-bedroom flats, 18 three-bedroom semi-detached homes, 18 three-bedroom detached homes, 43 three-bedroom detached homes, four two-bedroom terraced units, and four three-bedroom terraced units.

The development forms part of the wider Slackbuie development (a master plan for the area was approved in May 2008) and is the last of several recently constructed phases for our client, Tulloch Homes. Work on site is expected to start in 2025.
