We are working with Sealco (Scotland) Ltd. to deliver a new office and warehouse development at Abbotsford Business Park, Falkirk. Located on a 0.64 ha brownfield site once occupied by the Alcan Aluminium Factory, the project continues the transformation of this former industrial land into a thriving business hub.

The scheme combines a double-height warehouse with a two-storey office, its prominent glazed frontage designed to bring natural light deep into the building and optimise solar gain. A generous service yard and dedicated parking — including accessible bays and EV charging — support the operational needs of the business, while the layout ensures clear and efficient access throughout.

Sustainability is embedded in the design, from renewable energy generation and cycle parking to a planting strategy that enhances biodiversity across the site.
